1. License to Use

When you purchase an overlay or game from LiveReact, you are granting a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset on your personal streaming channels (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, etc.).

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the files (source code or compiled) to third parties.
• Claim the intellectual property or code as your own.
• Use the assets in illegal, hate-speech, or harmful content.

3. License Termination

LiveReact reserves the right to terminate your license and revoke access to updates if you are found violating these terms (e.g., leaking the source code).

4. Limitation of Liability

These assets are provided "as is". LiveReact is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our software during your live streams.
