Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at LiveReact.

Since we sell non-tangible, digital goods (interactive overlays and games), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been activated.

1. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of digital assets, we cannot issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incompatibility with software not listed in our requirements (e.g., using an unsupported OBS version).
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We stand behind our products. A refund may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:

• The product file is corrupted or defective and our support team cannot fix it.
• The product does not match the video preview/demo provided on the store page.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at contact@exposureee.in with your Order ID and a screenshot of the issue. We aim to resolve technical issues within 24-48 hours.
